Michael Faass is the Founder and Director of Panasia Solutions, where he spearheads the company’s strategic direction and innovation initiatives. With over 25 years of experience in Asia, Michael has a proven track record in product design, development, and manufacturing, delivering cost-effective, cutting-edge solutions for both industrial and retail sectors. His expertise spans from technical sales and factory setups to DFM product scaling, mass production, product certification, and supply chain management.
Michael’s extensive experience also includes managing QC/QA procedures, logistics, and vendor relations, along with product design, engineering management, and OEM & ODM manufacturing. He is driven by a passion for problem-solving, process improvement, and consistently delivering high-quality products that meet client needs. His leadership has played a crucial role in driving growth and innovation for Panasia’s partners, as he works to expand the company’s global reach and strengthen their portfolios of market-leading brands and technologies.
